Overview

Applicants from developing countries are now invited to apply for the MIPLC DAAD Scholarship in Germany 2022. MIPLC is a part of the DAAD postgraduate program scholarship, specifically for the intellectual property LLM program (Master of laws). The scholarship is Fully-Funded and applicants from developing countries are eligible to apply.

MIPLC is a joint project of top institutes of Europe and the United States of America, including Max Planck Institute,  Augsburg University, Technical University of Munich, and Church Washington University. A wide range of  Courses is being offered under this DAAD German scholarship. International Students can study in Germany for free as this scholarship will cover all the expenses. 

Eligibility

Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply for the MIPLC DAAD scholarship:

  • Candidate must be from a developing country (according to the OECD DAC list) and have not been living outside their home country (or another developing country) for more than the past two years.
  • Candidates must hold at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus a further degree), completed with above-average results.
  • Candidates must receive their latest degree no more than six years before their application.
  • Candidates must have at least two years of full-time professional experience gained in a public authority or a state or private company in a developing country. To meet this requirement, it is sufficient if they have completed the two years by February of the year in which you intend to start their studies at MIPLC. Scientific university staff and academics are not the core target group of this program and are therefore considered only in exceptional cases.
